We had a new baby and needed to find a home that was move-in ready, affordable, and in a neighborhood that wouldn't make our commute to the babysitter's & work a nightmare. On top of that, we needed to find it quickly. Not only did Josh understand our stated needs in choosing a home, he was also able to anticipate and educate us about needs that we were not even aware of. To be honest, I didn't love our home the first time we did a walk-through. But with Josh's help and vision I was able to recognize it's future potential. After having been in our home for about 2 years, I love it more and more as time has gone on. I am so happy we chose this house - Josh knew it had our name written all over it.
